🍗 How I Got a Free KFC Offer Just by Taking a 2-Minute Survey

I don’t know about you, but when I grab extra crispy chicken and mashed potatoes from KFC, I’m usually not thinking about what’s printed on the receipt. Recently though, I noticed a small invite at the bottom asking me to take a survey at MyKFCExperience.com.

I figured I’d give it a shot—and a couple of minutes later, I had a validation code for a free offer on my next visit. Easy, quick, and definitely worth it if you’re already stopping by the drive-thru.

What’s the Reward?

After you complete the survey, you’ll get a validation code to write on your original receipt. The exact reward varies by location, but it’s usually one of the following:

  • A free piece of chicken with purchase
  • A free drink
  • A discount on your next combo

Whatever the offer is, it’ll be clearly printed on your receipt before you take the survey.

How to Take the KFC Survey at MyKFCExperience.com

After my meal, here’s exactly how it worked:

1. Check your receipt
You’ll need a few details:

  • A survey code (usually near the bottom)
  • The date and time of your visit
  • The store number

2. Visit MyKFCExperience.com
Go to the survey site, choose your language, and enter the receipt information to get started.

3. Answer a few quick questions
The survey asks about:

  • What you ordered and how it tasted
  • Cleanliness of the restaurant
  • Friendliness of the staff
  • Whether you’d return

It only takes 2–3 minutes to finish.

4. Write down your validation code
Once you submit your answers, a code appears on the screen. Write it on your receipt and bring it back next time to redeem your offer.

  1. Your IT staff should be tarred and feathered; your app is crap. It was possible, until recently, to go to the app & use your Reward points without having to log into any other screen. The new version now requires that you get a validation code. However, when you return to the screen that displays the six boxes into which you type the code, that screen disappears & you’re back to the black screen with the KFC logo. In other words, you’re in an idiot loop. Your IT people apparently didn’t bother to beta-
    test their work. Fire them.

  2. The 4 pcs original meal was excellent — it very good and the service was very good and timely — i will always order this meal — the chicken was hot and not dry — i will get this meal once a week

  3. I’ve been a kfc customer my whole life and I’m in my 60s. For the first time ever I found that I was not only not greeted but there was a SIGN asking me to use a kiosk. I was in utter shock. No longer feeling it is important to even acknowledge those who chose to enter your establishment to spend money. That was just the beginning of my disappointing visit. In just a few short years your
    Senior meal has gone up almost 40%. How many seniors do you know whose income has gone up 40%? Very very sad and disappointing visit to kfc and perhaps my last.

  4. I was very disappointed I got the 4 piece combo with all breast so it was$12.19 plus $4.77 I didn’t get my drink but it was at 4:00 and the breast were dry and the coating was soggy. Then I got an additional 4 biscuits and there were hard as a rock like they been sitting there all day. I also got a large size Cole slaw it was good but my total bill was $28.29. I tried calling KFC back but no one answered the phone. I would like a the same thing that I ordered but fresh but how do I get a response when they don’t answer the phone. Was very disappointed

  5. I went to store. TacoBell #004173 which is also KFC. I ordered 2- 9.99 leg and thighs buckets. They gave me 2 drum sticks and the rest was white meat dried and wings but the batter was greasy and salty. Gravy for mash potatoes and even mix right. There were chunks of gravy power in gravy. I payed about $41for this food they show on TV nicely cook and good pictures and when I actually got my food it was crap… This is in South Valley in Albuquerque NM… no one is answering phone to talk to tried already 6 times this is why I am writing this review. Eating out now days people dont care how they serve you. And alot of people dont care what they get and dont want to complain but I’m paying for and expecting good food. I tried to finally treat myself and family and ended up not satisfied.
